Human Hair Wigs Australia

Wigs bought in Australia, priced in Australian dollars

Jenluxhair is run out of Perth. If you are browsing from Australia, every price on this site is already converted to AUD before you see it — no mental arithmetic at checkout, no surprise when the card statement lands. Checkout takes Australian cards and PayPal.

The rest of this page is the part most Australian wig sites leave out: what you are actually choosing between, and how to not get it wrong the first time.

The Australian wig market, honestly

There are three kinds of seller here. Salons and mobile stylists, who will fit a unit properly and charge for the service. Local online stores, most of which resell the same Guangzhou vendors as everyone else. And the marketplaces, where a $70 "human hair" unit is usually a blend and always a gamble.

We are the second kind, and we are specific about it: 100% human hair, HD lace, pre-plucked and bleached at the knots, on adjustable caps. What we do differently is publish the whole specification on every product page — texture, lace size, density, cap measurement, whether it can be dyed — because those five facts are what determines whether a unit works for you, and almost nobody lists them.

Start here if you have never bought one

The mistake that costs Australians the most money is buying a full lace frontal as a first unit, discovering that cutting lace is a skill, and never wearing it. If you have not installed a wig before, buy glueless. The lace comes pre-cut, the knots come pre-bleached, and an elastic band plus four combs hold it down. No adhesive touches your skin, and it comes off at night in one movement.

From there the decisions are the ones set out in our size and density guide: cap type, texture, length and density. Four decisions, and only four.

Length runs shorter than you think

This catches people out everywhere, but it is worth repeating for anyone buying online without seeing the unit. Length is measured with the hair stretched straight. A textured unit wears shorter than its label — water wave loses about two inches, kinky curly can lose five. If you have a finished length in mind, order up. The shrinkage chart has the figure for every texture we sell.

Delivery and returns

Australian orders ship on the timeline set out on our shipping page, with tracking emailed at dispatch. Packaging is plain — nothing on the outside says what is inside.

You have 30 days to send a unit back for a full refund as long as it is uninstalled, the lace is uncut and it has not been washed or restyled. That condition is standard across the industry and it is exactly why we push first-time buyers towards the glueless range: those ship pre-cut, so trying one on does not void the return.

What to browse

Questions we get from Australian customers

Are the prices really in Australian dollars?

Yes. The store detects that you are browsing from Australia and converts every price before it reaches you. The currency selector in the header confirms which one you are seeing.

Is this real human hair?

Every unit on the site is 100% human hair, and the product page says which grade — virgin, or raw single-donor. Our raw vs virgin explainer sets out what those words mean and where sellers stretch them.

Can I wear one in summer here?

Yes, and cap choice matters more than texture. A full frontal glued down in 38°C is uncomfortable for anyone; a glueless cap with an elastic band lifts off the moment you want it to. Short units breathe better than long ones. If you are buying for a Perth or Queensland summer, look at the bob range first.

What if it does not fit?

Caps are an average 22–22.5" and adjust from 21" to 23". Measure before you order — it takes thirty seconds — and if you fall outside that range, email us before buying rather than after.
