Most wig stores will not tell you what their hair is or where it came from. Ours is on every product page, because it is the only specification that determines whether a unit is still wearable in a year.
Virgin hair is real human hair that has not been chemically stripped of its colour. Ours is cuticle-aligned, which means the strands are collected and kept running in one direction. That alignment is why our units do not develop the matted patch at the nape that ends most cheap wigs around month three. Expect twelve to eighteen months of regular wear.
Raw hair goes further: unprocessed, single-donor, cuticle fully intact, never steamed into a texture. It costs about double and lasts three years or more. Our raw range is Vietnamese hair, and we say so.
What we do before it ships. Every unit is plucked at the hairline into a graduated density so it does not start with a solid, obviously-artificial edge. Knots at the front are bleached. Baby hair is left. On the glueless range the lace is cut to the hairline and an elastic band and four combs are sewn in. These are the steps that take a wig from "needs a stylist" to "put it on".
What we will not do. We do not describe processed hair as raw. We do not photograph a unit with layers and ship a blunt cut. We do not use "HD lace" to mean transparent lace. If the lace is not what we promised, send it back uninstalled within 30 days and we refund it in full.
